Cade is a member of the Sale-Leaseback Team, specializing in single-tenant net-lease transactions and private equity sponsored sale-leasebacks across North America. Cade has successfully closed over $600 million of transactions since joining the team full-time in May of 2021.

Luke graduated from Marquette University, where he majored in finance and real estate, and played defense on the school's first-ever Division 1 lacrosse team. Also in 2011, Paul received an award from SIOR for the second highest number of cooperative transactions between SIOR members in the nation. In 2012, Paul was inducted into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. This prestigious honor is given to only 55 inductees throughout 11 states each year. He has brokered a myriad of both complex and common transactions, ranging from leasing and sales to obtaining large land tracts for industrial parks. Paul has also been recognized as a 2023 Industrial Influencer by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum, and Commercial Real Estate Broker of the Year 2023 by DBusiness. Paul spends most of his efforts working with properties in southeast Michigan, but has also handled acquisitions and dispositions for clients in locations across North America.
Paul is a member of Signature Associates' Industrial Division. He specializes in the Macomb County market. Paul has more than 33 years of experience in all types of real estate services. Paul was responsible for the build-out of a retail chain of 36 stores located in regional/super-regional shopping centers throughout the Midwest and managed a 25-acre family entertainment facility.
Paul managed a portfolio of more than 500,000 square feet of office, retail and light industrial properties prior to becoming a sales associate.
Peter specializes in tenant representation as well as owner sales and leasing. His focus is on properties on the east side of Metro Detroit. In Peter's time at Signature, he has assisted in over $100 million in real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the Signature Team, Peter worked in the consulting industry in Detroit. Peter is also a four-time Olympic Medalist, representing the United States in three consecutive Olympics, winning two gold and two bronze medals. He was also a co-captain of the 2012 USA Men's Olympic Swim Team.
Peter, a principal and founding member of Signature Associates, has worked as a Sales Associate providing comprehensive real estate services to a full range of clients. He has a wide range of experience, from intricate lease negotiations to complex build-to-suit projects for over 28 years. Peter earned the 2011 Top Industrial Salesperson Award for Signature Associates. Peter was also one of the recipients of the 2013 CoStar Power Broker Award for top Industrial Leasing Brokers.
Rick is a past President of the Michigan Commercial Board of Realtors and Michigan's Commercial Realtor of the Year for 2005. With over 30 years in the industry, Rick specializes in industrial, hi-tech, and commercial brokerage and is a vacant land/build-to-suit expert. Many business owners and municipalities utilize his expertise as a real estate consultant. His expertise also includes sale-lease backs, investment sales, sophisticated multi-property transactions and tax-deferred exchanges. His geographical area of expertise concentrates on southeastern Michigan, with current projects also taking him throughout the State of Michigan.

With over 40 years of experience, Scott has served in senior positions at CBRE, Trammell Crow Company and Newmark. Having competed against Signature Associates for years, he joined the team as Vice President in 2020. Combined with the Signature platform, Scott has a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate industry, including numerous business relationships across the community. He provides highly specialized and sound strategies to his clients. He has completed transactions across the United States as well as Europe and Mexico, serving his clients wherever their requirements are located. Scott graduated from San Diego State University, with a BS degree in Business Management. He is a past CCIM Michigan Realtor of the Year, has served as President of the Michigan Chapter of SIOR, serves on the Federal Reserve Bank Michigan Roundtable representing the commercial real estate industry and serves as a board member on the Economic Development Commission for the City of Farmington Hills. He was the founding chairman of the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors, that merged with several other boards to create what is today the Commercial Board of Realtors, State of Michigan. Today he focuses his time on investment sales, corporate clients, land sales and general brokerage work.
