Luke C. Timmis

Luke is the head of the Investment Sales Division at Signature Associates where he is primarily focused on sale-leaseback transactions internationally. Luke founded The Sale-Leaseback Team in 2014 and has been responsible for over $1 billion of transactions in that span.

Luke has been on the front end of hundreds of M&A transactions, helping business owners, private equity firms, and investment banking professionals maximize enterprise value through the facilitation of sale-leaseback transactions. With over a decade of experience, Luke was recently selected by the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR) to educate other real estate professionals on the benefits of sale-leaseback transactions as a part of the state's continuing education program. He continues to be an avid sale-leaseback educator, frequently presenting at big-four accounting firms, bulge-bracket M&A platforms, consulting companies, law firms, and more.

Luke graduated from Marquette University, where he majored in finance and real estate, and played defense on the school's first-ever Division 1 lacrosse team. Luke has been coaching high school lacrosse at his alma mater, Brother Rice, for over a decade and has placed over 50 student-athletes to play at the NCAA collegiate level.
