David Miller

Dave has been specializing in local transactional services and corporate services/multi-market assistance since 1988. Dave has completed office and industrial acquisition and disposition assignments for corporate as well as entrepreneurial clients in Australia, China, Europe, Canada, Mexico and throughout the Americas. He has worked on North American acquisitions and depositions of land up to 940 acres and marketed Industrial and office buildings from 2,000 sf to over 1 Million sf.

Dave has been with Signature Associates for over 30 years and is the Director of the Office Division. He has extensive experience in Agency Leasing in many of the Detroit area's premier office projects. Dave has also led or co-managed some of the area's premier acquisitions and dispositions.

Specializing as both a Tenant Representative and Agency Representative (Listing Agent), Dave has completed over 1,500 transactions over $2.5 billion in volume since 1988.
