Christopher Calvano

Chris focuses on the sale and lease of industrial assets throughout Metro Detroit. He represents sellers and landlords in the marketing of their properties and advises buyers and tenants in the acquisition of facilities for operational use or investment. Since joining the team in May 2017, he has helped facilitate some of the largest industrial transactions in Southeast Michigan, earning a CoStar Power Broker Award in Q4 2024 for the largest industrial lease transaction in the City of Detroit. Prior to Signature, Chris worked on the Leasing & Development Team at Bedrock, Detroit’s premier real estate development company.
