Jeffrey Lemanski

Jeff is a Vice President at Signature Associates and brings 37+ years of commercial real estate knowledge and expertise to the company. With a focus on the western Oakland and Wayne County markets, he specializes in industrial acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits, and the development of business and industrial parks.

Jeff's extensive knowledge and expertise has established him as a top producer in the industry. Previously, Jeff was a top producer for Cushman Wakefield for 19 years and Newmark for 14 years. Since joining Signature in 2020, he has been honored in the World Class Club for three consecutive years (2021, 2022, and 2023) and has been recognized in the Diamond Club, which celebrates the top twelve producers in the company.
