Steve is the Founder and President of Signature Associates, and the main source of energy behind this successful company. Since the firm's inception, he has expanded Signature's market coverage by acquiring or opening offices in Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Muskegon, and Holland, Michigan, as well as Toledo, Ohio. With more than 40 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, Steve has established himself as a proven leader in industrial and commercial real estate. He effectively pursues real estate transactions that benefit all parties involved including owners, landlords, tenants and buyers.

His bold, dynamic, and professional style makes Steve one of the top brokers in the Midwest and he has received many awards and honors throughout his career. Steve was inducted into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in the inaugural year of the program. This prestigious honor is given to only select inductees throughout the Midwest states each year. His most recent accolades include Crain's 50 Names to Know in Real Estate in 2016 which focused on the major contributors to commercial real estate in Metro Detroit and the 2017 Industrial Sale of the Year in Crain's Best in Class Real Estate for selling the Michigan Motion Picture Studios building and land.
