Some of Grant’s recent assignments include, UWM (1.5 million SF across multiple HQ assets), Henry Ford Health (275,000 SF corporate office), EDMC (110,000 SF in Novi and Troy), Crowne Group/Trico (80,000 SF HQ), Marketing Associates (55,000 SF lease in Detroit), Landstar (35,000 SF lease in Southfield), Mortgage Concepts (35,000 SF purchase in Southfield), Great Expressions (30,000 SF corporate HQ), Hall Financial (25,000 SF in Troy), ABC Technologies (22,000 SF in Southfield), Bullseye (20,000 SF in Southfield), ASE (sale of 18,000 SF HQ and new lease), BWST Law Firm (15,000 SF in Birmingham), Alteris Group (15,000 SF HQ), Motors Liquidation Company (multiple assignments including HQ in Birmingham), and Nemak (southern states site evaluation). He also represents Syncreon globally, managing over 100 locations.
