Richard Pifer

Richard specializes in retail real estate sales and leasing, with a focus on the Southfield, Oak Park, Royal Oak, and Berkley markets—specifically the corridor between Lahser and I-75, from 8 Mile to 13 Mile Road. He works alongside some of the industry's top professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight. Richard first joined Signature Associates in 2024 as a summer intern with the retail team, where he deepened his understanding of commercial real estate and solidified his passion for the field.
