Charley Henneghan specializes in investment sale transactions, with a primary focus on multi-family properties. A two-time recipient of the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award, Charley joined Signature Associates in 2024, where he founded the Multifamily Division within Signature’s Investment Sales Team. Previously, Charley served as Director for the Great Lakes Investment Sales Team at Berkadia, focusing on the sale, refinance, and recapitalization of multi-family assets across the Midwest.

 With more than $6 billion in completed multifamily transactions, Charley is known for his leadership, extraordinary work ethic, and instinctive drive.
