The Duke family has built, developed and managed real estate in the Detroit area since 1887. With the benefit of four generations worth of understanding and expertise Tom founded the company that bears his name in 1980. Since that time the Thomas A. Duke Company has grown in service and reputation so that today, in metropolitan Detroit real estate markets, the company name opens doors. Over the past 30 plus years of her career, Barbara has represented both Landlords and Tenants across the globe assisting them with strategy to meet short and long term goals regarding their real estate needs. Barbara has earned a reputation of striking a deal to benefit her client and incorporate flexibility with a game plan to meet everchanging needs. Whether acquiring, selling, completing a build to suit, new lease or renewal , Barbara will provide tactical solutions for her clients. Barbara has worked on deals of all sizes from a few thousand feet to the disposition of a million square feet . Her client have included companies like Thyssen Krupp, Cooper Standard Automotive, GM, Delphi, Chrysler and Central MI University to name a few. Barbara's has completed over a billion dollars in transaction volume around the country and world.

Barbara has managed the offices and brokers of the firms she worked with. In addition she managed the transactions, leasing, lease admistration and business development of over 15,000,000 feet for a large developer.

Steve has earned the CCIM designation, which only 3% of the commercial realtors nationally have achieved.

Tom Elhart is a West Michigan Native. Originally from Zeeland and a Hope College graduate, Tom now resides in Grand Haven. He has been a principal of Universal Properties located in Holland for 20 plus years. Tom is very active in the communities he serves. He has been a two time Rotary President and is a Paul Harris Fellow, Rotary's highest award for community service. Tom was also recently appointed to a second 6 year term as an Ottawa County Road Commission. With his knowledge of the local market, Tom has helped many companies sell and lease commercial, office and Industrial properties, as well as finding properties for companies on the grow throughout the country.
