Mr. Smith is a Sales Associate in L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International's Office Properties Division. His main focus is on the sales and leasing of office, medical and hi-tech/flex properties in metropolitan Detroit and he is a member of the listing team on many of the firm's most prominent projects. Mr. Smith's prior work experience in physical sales and staffing has served him well when prospecting for new accounts in the commercial real estate field. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Health Administration from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan.

Since he joined the firm in 1999, Mr. Iafrate has played an integral role in the growth and success of the Office Properties Division at L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International. He is a member of the firm's executive leadership team that is tasked with making many of the firm's most important strategic decisions. Mr. Iafrate is regarded to be one of the most experienced and knowledgeable individuals in the industry due to his diverse track record of selling, leasing and developing office and medical properties. He is also well versed in the disposition and acquisition of commercial investment properties. Mr. Iafrate maintains a large portfolio of exclusively listed properties in Metropolitan Detroit on behalf of his long-standing clients. Mr. Rogers is a member of the Industrial Properties Division at L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International. His focus is on selling and leasing industrial properties throughout the I-75 corridor in Oakland County, Michigan. Mr. Rogers' passion for commercial real estate brokerage has been instrumental in his success at the firm. Jason Capitani is a Principal and Executive Vice President of L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International, as well as a Principal of the firm's property management arm, Liberty Property & Asset Management. As a member of the Executive Management Team, he helps direct all aspects of brokerage and property management services, with an emphasis on the day-to-day activities of its Industrial Properties Division, which was established in 1965. In addition to these managerial responsibilities, Capitani specializes in industrial and hi-tech real estate brokerage throughout Southeast Michigan. Licensed in 1992, he has consummated in excess of $700 million in sale and lease transactions throughout his career. Capitani has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2001. He was also inducted into the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 2003. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Michigan Chapter of SIOR from 2008 - 2012, he served as President in 2012. In 2015, Capitani was honored as the CORFAC Award Winner for Largest Industrial Transaction Referral. The following year, he was inducted into the Midwest Real Estate News "Hall of Fame". Capitani is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. DePonio is a key member of L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International's established Industrial Properties Division and he is instrumental in defining the direction and structure of both current and incoming agents on the team. Mr. DePonio is widely credited with implementing growth strategies that have paved the way for the firm to exclusively list over nine million square feet of industrial property in the region. He continually increases his market share by building long-term relationships with both institutional and entrepreneurial clients. His experience as a licensed builder has benefited him in the completion of several build-to-suit transactions on behalf of his clients. Mr. DePonio has shown an innate ability to relate to both the nuances of the transaction as well as the economic feasibility of the project. Mr. DePonio has completed many of the largest single transactions in the region including the sale of the 730,000 former Visteon plant in Chesterfield Township on two different occasions. His diligent hard work sets the tone for the firm as one the top producers year in and year out. Mr. DePonio is a graduate of Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Mason L. Capitani is an Executive Vice President and a Principal of L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International and he is a Director and Principal of the firm's property management arm, Liberty Property & Asset Management. He serves on the Executive Management Team that directs all aspects of brokerage and property management services for the firm and he works tirelessly to build on the legacy that was put in place by his father and grandfather. During his tenure the firm has dramatically expanded its scope of services to include the acquisition, disposition and management of office, medical, industrial, flex and retail properties. In addition to his role in directing the firm's daily business operations, Mr. Capitani is also a working broker. Initially licensed in 1988, he has facilitated in excess of $750 million in sales and leasing transactions over his career and he personally directs a listing team that represents over 120 individual properties totaling in excess of 5 million square feet of space. Mr. Capitani has devoted his time to furthering the commercial real estate industry in Michigan by serving as President of the Michigan Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 2007 and as President of the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR) in 2013. He is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Upon completing his law degree in 1973, Mr. Capitani joined his father's staff. In 1976, Mr. Capitani began to purchase stock in the company, with full acquisition of the same being completed by 1979. Mr. Capitani continues, year in and year out, to be one of the top producers in the industrial real estate community. He is a past president of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors(SIOR)and has served on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors. Furthermore, in 1994 Mr. Capitani was honored by Commercial Inc. and designated as the Mogul of the Year in the commercial real estate field and in 1996 was honored by Corporate Detroit as being one of the Detroit Realtors of Renown.

Nick Gitary is a Sales Associate in L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International's Industrial Properties Division. He specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties throughout the I-75 Corridor in Oakland County, Michigan. Mr. Gitary has several years of experience in the industry. His experience, drive and entrepreneurial spirit make him an integral part of L. Mason Capitani's brokerage team.
