Carolyn’s commitment to real estate began early in life, assisting family members with business deals—from helping her uncle purchase a liquor store at age twelve to supporting her father in selling his Birmingham, Michigan gas station during her college years.

Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her two children, ages thirteen and fourteen, and their two cats. They reside in Caledonia, Michigan, behind a farm where they volunteer when possible. They take pride in growing their own food, and Carolyn especially enjoys cooking. 

Prior to moving to West Michigan ten years ago, Carolyn worked as a hairdresser in West Bloomfield and Birmingham, MI for two decades, serving many high-profile clients. She looks forward to reconnecting with them, especially since Signature Associates maintains a strong presence on the east side of the state.

After 40+ years of experience in the real estate industry, Cathy has compiled a diverse network of satisfied clients by combining a high level of professional service with a strong work ethic. Currently specializing in the industrial market, past experience includes selling and leasing office, industrial and retail real estate, investment real estate sales, property management and real estate appraisals.

Cathy's reputation among her fellow Realtors lead to her elected position as a Director and Officer for both the Commercial Alliance of Realtors (CAR), and the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR). She has served as Director of the MLS Exchange, Inc and served as Chairman and/or Member of the Membership, Benefits, Professional Standards and Forms Committees within CAR and/or CBOR.

Joe Rizqallah is Vice President of Retail and Principal for Signature Associates in West Michigan. A native of Grand Rapids, MI, Joe has over 15 years of experience selling and leasing retail properties, retail land and mixed-use developments. Joe is most valued for providing clients with effective results and communication that is unmatched. Joe’s effective at completing deals for build to suit, leasing, sales/acquisitions, owner/user properties, mixed-use and investment grade properties.

Joe covers the Greater Grand Rapids Metropolitan area specifically M-44 (East Beltline), M-11 (28th Street), M-37 (Alpine Avenue), Eastown/Uptown Corridors and downtown Grand Rapids. While at Signature Associates, Joe has consistently been recognized as West Michigan’s Top Sales Performer and has also won CoStar’s Power Broker Award 10 years in a row.

When he is not working, Joe loves to spend time with his loving wife and three beautiful children.

Tom Elhart is a West Michigan Native. Originally from Zeeland and a Hope College graduate, Tom now resides in Grand Haven. He has been a principal of Universal Properties located in Holland for 20 plus years. Tom is very active in the communities he serves. He has been a two time Rotary President and is a Paul Harris Fellow, Rotary's highest award for community service. Tom was also recently appointed to a second 6 year term as an Ottawa County Road Commission. With his knowledge of the local market, Tom has helped many companies sell and lease commercial, office and Industrial properties, as well as finding properties for companies on the grow throughout the country.
