With over 40 years of experience, Scott has served in senior positions at CBRE, Trammell Crow Company and Newmark. Having competed against Signature Associates for years, he joined the team as Vice President in 2020. Combined with the Signature platform, Scott has a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate industry, including numerous business relationships across the community. He provides highly specialized and sound strategies to his clients. He has completed transactions across the United States as well as Europe and Mexico, serving his clients wherever their requirements are located. Scott graduated from San Diego State University, with a BS degree in Business Management. He is a past CCIM Michigan Realtor of the Year, has served as President of the Michigan Chapter of SIOR, serves on the Federal Reserve Bank Michigan Roundtable representing the commercial real estate industry and serves as a board member on the Economic Development Commission for the City of Farmington Hills. He was the founding chairman of the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors, that merged with several other boards to create what is today the Commercial Board of Realtors, State of Michigan. Today he focuses his time on investment sales, corporate clients, land sales and general brokerage work.

Scott has completed some of the area's premier property sales and leases, including the SIOR Largest Investment Transaction for Michigan in 2016 and the Largest Office Lease in 2017. His experience includes properties of all types, medical office buildings and senior housing sales.

Jeff is a graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in business and mass Communication and a Minor in Tourism Management. Following graduation, he was employed as a Business Communications Consultant for a national tele- communications provider, supervising current and prospective clients in the Phoenix market. He joined Swisher Commercial in 2008, receiving his State of Michigan Salesperson license to better execute his operational duties within the firm. Jeff received his Associate Broker’s license in 2016.Outside of Jeff’s higher education, he has spent over 30 years living in Washtenaw County and has strong ties to thecommunity. Both he and his wife Patricia, a Pediatric Oncology nurse at Motts Hospital, are active in the community. He volunteers for the “From the Heart”foundation, which works in conjunction with the University of Michigan Athletics Department to enrich the lives of children with life-threatening diseases at U of M Hospital.Jeff and his wife live in Dexter with their sons Tyler and Hunter. Much of Jeff’s time is devoted to spending time with his boys doing whatever they are into at the time. Jeff’s family enjoys traveling together when possible. In his spare time Jeff likes to attend collegiate and professional sporting events or play pick-up basketball, snowboard, golf, work out or go boating. He also enjoys coaching little league local /travel baseball and youth football in Dexter. Jeff’s family attends 242 Church in Ann Arbor. They volunteer their time to the Church and other on-site events such as “Night to Shine” through the Tim Tebow Foundation.
