Brent brings a wide range of skills to Colliers International. Brent has gained knowledge in all aspects of sales and lease negotiations since the beginning of his career at Schostak Brothers in 1993. Brent prides himself on being the second generation of the Beshears family to be actively involved in the real estate industry.

Rick is a past President of the Michigan Commercial Board of Realtors and Michigan's Commercial Realtor of the Year for 2005. With over 30 years in the industry, Rick specializes in industrial, hi-tech, and commercial brokerage and is a vacant land/build-to-suit expert. Many business owners and municipalities utilize his expertise as a real estate consultant. His expertise also includes sale-lease backs, investment sales, sophisticated multi-property transactions and tax-deferred exchanges. His geographical area of expertise concentrates on southeastern Michigan, with current projects also taking him throughout the State of Michigan.

Rick was a Planning Commissioner for the City of Northville, a member of the Michigan Association of Planning, and a commercial committee member for the National Association of Realtors. He is extremely knowledgeable with the history, current market conditions, and future planning strategies for the communities and businesses within his market. Rick's tireless work habit, high ethical standard, and professional consulting approach to commercial real estate consistently make him among the leaders in the industry.

Deno Bistolarides is a founding member and Managing Partner of Encore Real Estate Investment Services. Along with his partners Brandon Hanna and Ryan Vinco, Deno oversees a team of seasoned investment professionals that focus on advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of net leased and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the United States. In his career, which has spanned over a decade, Deno has advised private clients, developers, institutions and has completed over 400 transactions in 40 states valued at over $1 Billion dollars. His expertise encompasses net leased retail across broad tenant types, sale-leaseback transactions and retail shopping centers.

TERRANCE W. BIXLER, CBOR REPRESENTATIVE

Terry began his commercial real estate career in 1989 with Signature Associates and later became a partner at The Thomas Duke Company. In 2010 he launched his own company ROC Real Estate, LLC. Terry brings over three decades of commercial real estate experience to his clients, augmented by his insight gained through government service as a Planning Commissioner and Zoning Board of Appeals member. Terry has developed the diversified skills and knowledge needed to deliver a wide range of services to international clients headquartered in Europe, China and Mexico. He has worked with the US Marshal Service, University of Michigan Healthcare Systems, Penske Logistics, First Industrial Realty and Bank of America to complete local site selection, property sales and leasing assignments. Terry has also worked with local retail, restaurant office, medical and industrial clients on a variety of projects. Builders such as the R.A. DeMattia Company, Schonsheck, Inc. and Frankel Development Company have completed projects with Terry, ranging from 10,000 to 250,000 square feet. Residential developers such as Pulte and The Innovant Group have competed developments from 5 acres to 500 acres. He has used a variety of finance options to provide up to 90% loan to value for projects ranging from $500,000.00 to $10 million in individual project value, often without personal recourse to clients on permanent financing. Terry served as President of the Commercial Board of REALTORS - CBOR in 2017 and 2018 and continues to serve as a Director of CBOR, CRE Pros and Michigan Realtors. Terry has been married to his wife, Molly, since 1982. They have four sons, three daughters-in-law and nine grandchildren. He serves his local church as a Lay Pastor where he leads the Men's Ministry, Safety Team and is a mentor / teacher. Hunting, shooting sports, boating and camping along with the rare trip to the golf course keeps him active.

Sue has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate which include leasing and sales of retail shopping centers, office and industrial buildings and vacant land. Key to her success has been the long- term relationships she has established with her existing real estate clients and her former banking clients over her 37 years career in banking. Her community involvement with Turning Point, Leadership Macomb, Kiwanis and the staff within the Macomb County Economic Development department have provided her with valuable contacts and successful business referrals. As a result of her primary focus set on negotiating transactions that meet her clients' needs, Sue has been the top salesperson within the firm for the past 7 years.
