Amy Richter-Perkins focuses on servicing the unique needs of retail, restaurant and shopping center owners and users. With over twenty years of experience in leasing, sales, property management and marketing, Amy successfully analyzes her clients' needs and implements strategies to achieve their real estate objectives. As an Associate Vice President, Amy is responsible for new business development, seller & buyer representations, tenant advisory and site selection; and for leasing commercial, restaurant and shopping center space in greater Lansing and throughout the State of Michigan.

I have worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2011, most recently for Golden Gate, LLC where I was responsible for managing business assets and overseeing major construction projects. I was inspired to begin my brokerage career after working with the Colliers Lansing team on a deal.
I am excited to lend my expertise in commercial real estate to help bring about positive changes and progress to the greater Lansing area.
I bring a wealth of knowledge in brokerage and property development from my more than three decades of commercial real estate experience. I specialize in the site selection, redevelopment, land brokerage and development of retail and mixed-use properties. I also provide development consulting and both the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout Michigan.
Prior ot my role as Vice President at Colliers, I was a Senior Vice President for a Lansing-based commercial real estate firm associated with CBRE for 19 years.
