Brandon Hanna

Brandon Hanna is a founding member and Managing Partner of Encore Real Estate Investment Services. Alongside his partners Deno Bistolarides and Ryan Vinco, Brandon oversees a team of seasoned investment professionals that focus on advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of net leased and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the United States. Throughout his investment brokerage career, Brandon has broken price per square foot records and cap rate records in nearly every market which he has sold properties over the span of his near 12+ year career. Brandon has proven himself a leading advisor and strategist through his solution-driven style and has countless successful case studies, of which showcase various wins for his institutional, and private investor client base. Brandon's clients include some of the most prominent developers, institutions, and private investors in the industry. Brandon has completed over 400 transactions in 40 states valued at over $2 Billion dollars and has successfully completed 80+ loan assumptions. This experience offers a higher assurance of closing and a faster turnaround time as each client is assisted and advised on strategic exit strategies aimed at achieving their investment goals.

Prior to founding Encore Real Estate Investment Services, Brandon began his career at Marcus & Millichap, where he was able to exceed the multi-billion dollar level of total sales by age 29. This, combined with his experience working in the private sector has only added tremendous value to Brandon's professionalism, sustaining his reputation as one of the most honorable brokers and consultants in the national marketplace.

Brandon Kassab

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Brandon Kassab specializes in the exclusive representation of clients in the disposition and acquisition of net-leased investment properties and multi-tenant retail centers throughout the United States.

Brandon started in the industry at the age of nineteen while attending the University of Michigan School of Economics. Beginning at a national real estate brokerage as an intern and underwriting assistant to Deno Bistolarides, Brandon Hanna, and Ryan Vinco, Kassab received high level training from the nation's top retail & net leased brokers, allowing him to break into brokerage success at an early age.

Brandon's knowledge of the product type allows Kassab to advise on vital scenarios including lease renewals, tenant negotiation, and maximizing value of assets before a sale.

Furthermore, the extensive database Brandon has built throughout his career has provided for the right buyer for every type of deal, often times at a significant premium compared to what sellers have received from other brokerage outfits.

Brandon is also a partner of Kassab & Associates, a real estate holding company, managing over 150,000 SF of retail, office, and warehouse space nationally.

Brent Hanna

Brent Hanna is an Associate Advisor with Encore Real Estate Investment Services. He specializes in assisting clients in the disposition and acquisition of single tenant net lease assets, multi-tenant assets and in facilitating sale-leaseback transactions. Furthermore, Brent assists 1031 exchange clients to identify replacement properties and maximize cash on cash returns. Brent also works closely with institutions, developers, investors and landlords through site evaluations, tenant negotiations and blend-extend opportunities. His unique skill set in working with private investors and exchange buyers to develop investment strategies and successfully transact single tenant properties and multi-tenant shopping centers has been invaluable to the growth of Encore.

Dante Hargis

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Dante is a Senior Advisor with Encore Real Estate Investment Services. He focuses exclusively on advising clients in retail investment sales and acquisitions, including both Net leased single tenant properties (Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, 7-Eleven, Wawa, AutoZone, Bridgestone Firestone, Dollar General, etc.) and multi-tenant retail centers, as well as sale-leaseback transactions (Burger King, Arby's, RaceTrac etc.)

Dante is a 7 year veteran in the real estate investment advisory business and has transacted single tenant and multi tenant assets leased to national tenants across the country creating long term relationships with his clients. He is a graduate of Michigan State University.

Deno Bistolarides

Deno Bistolarides is a founding member and Managing Partner of Encore Real Estate Investment Services. Along with his partners Brandon Hanna and Ryan Vinco, Deno oversees a team of seasoned investment professionals that focus on advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of net leased and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the United States. In his career, which has spanned over a decade, Deno has advised private clients, developers, institutions and has completed over 400 transactions in 40 states valued at over $1 Billion dollars. His expertise encompasses net leased retail across broad tenant types, sale-leaseback transactions and retail shopping centers.

Evan Lyons

Joe Lopez

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Joe's passion is commercial real estate. Joe has always been interested in real estate investments and development. He made his passion his career in 2016 when he became a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at NAI Mid-Michigan TMN Commercial in Lansing, MI. Joe comes from a background where family is most important and he strives to treat his clients as such, keeping his clients' needs first.

Joe studied at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. While at The Citadel, Joe was involved in the school's Marine Corps program for three years. At the end of his college career, Joe graduated at the top of the leadership ranks for one company as Alpha Company's Cadet Company Commander. Joe continues to use the leadership, discipline, and comradery The Citadel instilled in him through his career at Encore.

Ryan Vinco

Ryan Vinco is a founding member and Managing Partner of Encore Real Estate Investment Services. Along with his partners Deno Bistolarides and Brandon Hanna, Ryan oversees a team of seasoned investment professionals that focus on advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of net leased and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the United States.

With over 17 years of experience, including eight years of commercial real estate loan origination and nine years in commercial brokerage, Ryan brings a unique skill set in deal underwriting and quarterbacking through high-level escrow hurdles. This experience offers a higher assurance of closing with pro-deal making alternatives and strategies aimed at achieving buyers and sellers common goal of closing.

Utilizing his extensive experience and leadership Ryan enjoys his a role in coaching and the development of new Encore Agents.
