Tom earned his Real Estate Salesperson license in 1987 and obtained his Real Estate Broker license in 1990. His early experience in Real Estate was focused in the residential sector and later redirected his focus to Commercial Real Estate becoming Broker-Owner of Delacy Real Estate Exchange.

He works diligently to establish solid relationships with investors, entrepreneurs and colleagues in the Blue Water area. In his commitment to clientele and trust, he joined Pilot Property Group devoting attention to his clients and their Commercial Real Estate goals.
