Mr. Rogers is a member of the Industrial Properties Division at L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International. His focus is on selling and leasing industrial properties throughout the I-75 corridor in Oakland County, Michigan. Mr. Rogers' passion for commercial real estate brokerage has been instrumental in his success at the firm. He is forward thinking, versatile, and a multi-skilled professional with expert abilities in seeing the "big picture" for his clients, while staying on top of all details. His reputation for high integrity and loyalty is well deserved. Mr. Rogers continues to be highly regarded as an effective problem-solver and a resourceful, dedicated team player that strives for excellence in all endeavors. He is a graduate of Michigan State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in 2001.

Michele R. Rosenblum is a Senior Associate Partner of CORE Partners, LLC. She joined the Company at its inception in 2006. Michele spent three years working one on one with Colliers ABR founder, Stephen J. Riker, during which she worked on trophy buildings in the New York City, NY, Stamford, CT and Westchester, NY areas representing over 1.5 million square feet. After her relocation to Michigan, Michele worked for both Signature Associates and Friedman before joining the team at CORE. With a total of over 9 years of experience, Michele is able to provide in-depth market knowledge and comprehensive real estate service to a full range of clients. As consultant to principals and tenants, she has counseled major corporations throughout Southeastern Michigan, as well as the New York area, in relocation, property purchase, and development. She specializes in office, medical and hi-tech leasing, as well as building and land sales.

Michele is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She is a former member of the Real Estate Board of New York and Plaza District Committee Member. She is actively involved in Michigan's largest networking group, Business Network International. In addition to her networking affiliations, Michele is active with a number of non-profit organizations including Hospice of Michigan, JARC and the Jewish Federation of Metro Detroit to name a few.

Ben is a retail broker in the Detroit market, about half of his business is focused on the city of Detroit. Ben has done more retail transactions in the last 13 years inside the city than pretty much any other single broker. Inside the City of Detroit, Ben helps Buyers and Sellers, Landlords and Tenants of all markets find the right fit for thier business. Outside the city, and in the Metro Market, Ben focuses on retail, strip centers, shopping center, restaurants and other retail focused real estate transactions.

Additionally, Ben does some master broker work, helping tenants find locations nationally.
