Michele R. Rosenblum is a Senior Associate Partner of CORE Partners, LLC. She joined the Company at its inception in 2006. Michele spent three years working one on one with Colliers ABR founder, Stephen J. Riker, during which she worked on trophy buildings in the New York City, NY, Stamford, CT and Westchester, NY areas representing over 1.5 million square feet. After her relocation to Michigan, Michele worked for both Signature Associates and Friedman before joining the team at CORE. With a total of over 9 years of experience, Michele is able to provide in-depth market knowledge and comprehensive real estate service to a full range of clients. As consultant to principals and tenants, she has counseled major corporations throughout Southeastern Michigan, as well as the New York area, in relocation, property purchase, and development. She specializes in office, medical and hi-tech leasing, as well as building and land sales.
Michele is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She is a former member of the Real Estate Board of New York and Plaza District Committee Member. She is actively involved in Michigan's largest networking group, Business Network International. In addition to her networking affiliations, Michele is active with a number of non-profit organizations including Hospice of Michigan, JARC and the Jewish Federation of Metro Detroit to name a few.
