Nicholas joined the Signature Team in 2026, bringing extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential properties. His role with the Signature Team provides an ideal platform to continue expanding his expertise, supported by mentorship from some of the most successful brokers in the Toledo area. Through this collaborative environment, Nicholas continues to deepen his industry knowledge and deliver exceptional value to his clients.

Before joining the Signature Team, Nicholas worked as a purchasing coordinator and warehouse manager for a wholesale distribution company, gaining valuable experience in operations and logistics. He also brings more than eight years of experience in the home inspection industry, specializing in building defect and moisture intrusion investigations for residential and commercial properties throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. In addition, Nicholas is a licensed Level I Infrared Thermographer and a Level I Building Science Thermographer.

Outside the office, Nicholas is a devoted husband and father of two daughters. He is a member of Sylvania Country Club and an avid golfer, and he enjoys fishing, coaching youth sports, and staying active through softball and basketball.

President and founder of Cooper Commercial Group, Ltd. Win has accrued over twenty years of commercial real estate experience with a strong banking and financial analysis focus. He graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and in 1984 with a Master of Business Administration degree. He is a Member of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); Real Estate Alumni of Michigan (RAM); National Association of Realtors; Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Scott Courtney is a Michigan-based real estate investor and broker with over a decade of experience, known for finding and structuring both on-market and off-market commercial deals. He’s not your typical commercial broker — he’s constantly pushing for creative solutions to get deals done. Member of CBOR, GMAR, and NAR.

With 23 + years as Principal Broker of Commercial Equities, Sandra offers a diverse background of knowledge with her many years of experience in real estate, property management and accounting. She earned her BBA from Saginaw Valley State University and is an Accredited Business Accountant. Sandra also earned her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation, the highest designation in commercial real estate, in 2011 and served as a Director of the Michigan Realtors, MiCAR Representative, from 2013-2017. She also serves as a member on the Bangor Township Planning Commission, Chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals and Board of Directors for the Bangor Township DDA. She also served as a Director and Treasurer of the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR) for the state of Michigan in 2003 - 2010. Sandra is a member of the Michigan and National Association of Realtors, CBOR, CCIM, Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and Noon Optimist Club. Sandra works diligently in a professional manner to bring the right parties together and create a win-win situation.
