Nicholas Cooper

Nicholas joined the Signature Team in 2026, bringing extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential properties. His role with the Signature Team provides an ideal platform to continue expanding his expertise, supported by mentorship from some of the most successful brokers in the Toledo area. Through this collaborative environment, Nicholas continues to deepen his industry knowledge and deliver exceptional value to his clients.

Before joining the Signature Team, Nicholas worked as a purchasing coordinator and warehouse manager for a wholesale distribution company, gaining valuable experience in operations and logistics. He also brings more than eight years of experience in the home inspection industry, specializing in building defect and moisture intrusion investigations for residential and commercial properties throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. In addition, Nicholas is a licensed Level I Infrared Thermographer and a Level I Building Science Thermographer.

Outside the office, Nicholas is a devoted husband and father of two daughters. He is a member of Sylvania Country Club and an avid golfer, and he enjoys fishing, coaching youth sports, and staying active through softball and basketball.
