Sandra J. CovaleskiCCIM

Sandra offers a diverse background of knowledge with her many years of experience in real estate, property management and accounting. She earned her BBA from Saginaw Valley State University and is an Accredited Business Accountant. Sandra also earned her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation, the highest designation in commercial real estate, in 2011 and served as a Director of the Michigan Realtors, MiCAR Representative, from 2013-2017. She also serves as a member on the Bangor Township Planning Commission, Chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals and Board of Directors for the Bangor Township DDA. She also served as a Director and Treasurer of the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR) for the state of Michigan in 2003 - 2010. Sandra is a member of the Michigan and National Association of Realtors, CBOR, CCIM, Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and Noon Optimist Club. Sandra works diligently in a professional manner to bring the right parties together and create a win-win situation.
