Miriam serves as vice president at Colliers | Detroit, where she focuses on providing portfolio management and brokerage services to clients. With more than 20 years of experience, Miriam specializes in management of large corporate accounts based primarily in the Detroit metropolitan area and with a concentration in healthcare. She is responsible for negotiating lease renewals, property dispositions, new site acquisitions, fair market value studies, broker opinions of value and portfolio reports.

A skilled negotiator and problem solver, Ms. Rhein has proven herself capable of bringing even the most difficult assignments to a successful close. She is recognized for both her organizational and multi-tasking skills and as well as her results-driven, energetic attitude.

I have been involved in the real estate industry since 1989. A native of Evansville, I have considerable knowledge of various facets of business activity in the tri-state area. My family has invested privately in commercial real estate and development for more than 45 years. Prior to my association with RE/MAX Commercial, I was Vice-President and shareholder of the Hoprich Company, a family business sold to a publicly traded company now known as Airgas.
