Joe specializes in industrial real estate with a focus on the I-275 and I-75 Corridors. He began his real estate career with Signature Associates in 2023 and is teamed up with some of the most successful brokers in the industry. Joe is passionate about commercial real estate and is excited to partner with clients to help them achieve their goals.

Prior to joining the Signature team, Joe worked at the Birmingham Country Club for 10 years as the Logistics and Facilities Manager. He has used his love of golf to also give back to his community, as he assists in the organizing and implementation of a golf outing to benefit the Cullen Haffey Endowed fund at Brother Rice. The money raised goes toward providing tuition assistance and financing mental health initiatives at the school. In 2018, Joe graduated from Mercyhurst University, where he majored in hospitality management, and played on the school's varsity lacrosse team.

Chris specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial property in Oakland and Macomb County. Prior to joining Colliers, Chris worked as an analyst for a local multifamily brokerage firm.

Since he joined the Thomas A. Duke Company in 1999, Jim has emerged as an authority in the field of commercial and residential land development in Washtenaw County. His specialties encompass everything from brokering office, retail, industrial and investment properties to ushering vacant land into development. Because Jim has formed strong working relationships with both land owners and local government officials, hes become an incomparable asset to developers, builders and investors looking to enter the growing Ann Arbor market. One look at the range of Jims recent transactions a private school, a Citgo gas station, a community hospital, several student rentals, apartment buildings, commercial leases, and several residential developments provides evidence of his considerable versatility and expertise.

John comes to the Thomas A. Duke Company with a solid foundation in the building industry. There he developed particular insight and skill in the sales and marketing of new construction, which he now brings to real estate brokerage. John is particularly keen to assist buyers and sellers of vacant land, though his expertise extends to retail and office property sales also. The area John knows especially well is southern Livingston County, where he has lived for the past 14 years.

Nicolas is a dedicated member of the Sale-Leaseback Team, where he focuses on single-tenant net-lease transactions and private equity–sponsored sale-leasebacks throughout North America. He began his career with Signature Associates in January 2025 as an investment intern, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from some of the industry’s leading brokers. His strong analytical skills and commitment to client service quickly positioned him as a valuable contributor to the team.

Nicolas attended the University of Michigan–Dearborn, where he was an active member of the Real Estate Association and served as Captain of the Men’s Soccer Team. His leadership experience, competitive mindset, and passion for real estate investment continue to shape his professional approach and drive his success at Signature Associates.
