Peter specializes in tenant representation as well as owner sales and leasing. His focus is on properties on the east side of Metro Detroit. In Peter's time at Signature, he has assisted in over $100 million in real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the Signature Team, Peter worked in the consulting industry in Detroit. Peter is also a four-time Olympic Medalist, representing the United States in three consecutive Olympics, winning two gold and two bronze medals. He was also a co-captain of the 2012 USA Men's Olympic Swim Team.

Peter Abren joined the Lincoln Property Company Team in February 2013, and currently manages a 345,000 square foot portfolio of Downtown Boston and suburban office properties. Peter's portfolio includes more than 184,000 square feet of multi-tenanted office buildings in Copley Square. In addition, Peter manages over 161,000 square feet of multi-tenanted office properties in Cambridge and Newton..

With over 26 years of experience, Brad specializes in representing owners, investors, developers, and users in the leasing, selling, purchasing, and development of commercial real estate. As a former director of real estate for a worldwide tier-one automotive supplier and practicing attorney he has firsthand experience with all aspects of real property transactions. This unique background enables Brad to effectively guide his clients to make sound commercial real estate decisions.

In 2017, Brad was responsible for leasing over 3 million square feet of industrial real estate acknowledged in Crain's Best in Class: Real Estate Industrial Leases of the Year. To date, Brad has brokered over 879 transactions, totaling $1 billion in value.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Ryan Vinco is a founding member and Managing Partner of Encore Real Estate Investment Services. Along with his partners Deno Bistolarides and Brandon Hanna, Ryan oversees a team of seasoned investment professionals that focus on advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of net leased and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the United States.

With over 17 years of experience, including eight years of commercial real estate loan origination and nine years in commercial brokerage, Ryan brings a unique skill set in deal underwriting and quarterbacking through high-level escrow hurdles. This experience offers a higher assurance of closing with pro-deal making alternatives and strategies aimed at achieving buyers and sellers common goal of closing.
