Only 6 percent of commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation. As a CPM, Bryan has perspective, management experience and financial acumen. The CPM designation is awarded by IREM to outstanding professionals in the management field. CCIM and CPM are the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.

Jeff Bean has been an active real estate agent and commercial building owner since 1992 with a focus in the the areas of land and commercial properties. He has extensive experience in the sale, leasing, ownership, management and auctioning of properties. Since his start in real estate he has been involved in real estate transactions in over 50 Michigan counties and 4 states. Jeff Bean also consults on behalf of debtors in the workout and restructure of trouble assets and businesses.

Joanne is an accomplished Commercial Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of experience in the industry. She has sold or leased countless major commercial developments and has transacted numerous build-to-suits and is an expert at sales and leases of industrial, office, and retail properties throughout Southwest Michigan. Joanne is particularly adept at relocating companies to the area. Joanne is a past and current President of The Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Committee, and provides the highest standard of service to her clients.
