Josh Miller joined Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions in July 2014 as an associate member of Brokerage Services, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. Josh attended Oakland University, located in Rochester, Michigan. In April 2014, he graduated from OU with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. His studies included Real Estate Investment, Investment Analysis, and Statistical Methods for Business.

Just completed my ninth year with Berkshire Hathaway Commercial to go along with two years of Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing representing clients in all areas of commercial services with a small boutique firm located in the Greater Lansing area. Also gained experience with two years of starting and leading the Real Estate Owned Department with a Bank Holding Company tasked to manage, sell and lease a wide variety of commercial and residential properties nationwide to maximize value for its banks. Worked as Vice President of Bank Performance for a Bank Holding Company with banks located nationwide. Sat on numerous Bank Boards. Played and coached professional hockey in the National Hockey League for over 19 years. Playing in over 1,000 career NHL games. Graduated from Michigan State University with an undergraduate degree in Business and an MBA in Finance.

Bill was appointed to the National Association of Realtors' (NAR) board of directors this year as the board's commercial representative. At the board's meeting in May, 2016, he was also elected an NAR Regional Vice-President/2017. He is serving a 3-year term on the board of the CCIM Institute. Bill returned in December from an 8-day real estate trade mission to Taiwan, which was led by the president of the CCIM Institute.

He served as the 100th president of the Michigan Realtors (www.mirealtors.com) in 2013. His career in real estate was launched in Ann Arbor in 1987. Milliken Realty, which he formed in 1996, was named a Best of Michigan Business in 2008.

Previously, he worked in Washington, D.C. for NASA and the U.S. Dept. of Justice. He was a delegate on CCIM's trade mission to China in 2006. He has been named REALTOR-of-the-Year by the Ann Arbor Area Board and the Commercial Board of REALTORS, respectively. Bill currently serves on the boards New Detroit (www.newdetroit.org) and the Washtenaw Community College Foundation; was president of the Commercial Board of REALTORS (2006); a director of Republic Bancorp, and; board chair of the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce.

He graduated from Colorado College, has traveled to all 50 states and is a licensed private pilot.

Ken brings over 40 years of experience in real estate, specializing in sales, leasing, and property valuation as a licensed real estate appraiser. His broad expertise spans industrial, retail, office, vacant land, and investment properties. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Michigan.

Throughout his career, Ken has successfully managed transactions of all sizes, including the sale of a 300,000-square-foot industrial park, 100 acres of development-ready land, and various office and retail properties-some with active businesses. He approaches every negotiation with a balanced perspective, considering both the buyer's and seller's viewpoints, while maintaining close attention to detail to prevent unforeseen issues and ensure a smooth closing process.

Ken has also represented multiple municipalities in Macomb County, bringing valuable insight into public-private real estate dealings.

Jim has been involved in real estate sales and leasing for over eight years. He was part of the real estate team at McNabnay & Associates, which merged, with Dominion Real Estate Advisors (formerly CORE Partners) in March 2016.

Before beginning his real estate career, he served for over twenty-six years as Vice President Administration and Legal Counsel for Lifetime Doors, Inc., a multi-state door manufacturer. In that capacity he handled all real estate responsibilities for seven properties (six manufacturing plants and a headquarters office in Farmington Hills) comprising over 600,000 square feet of space.

Prior to that, for seven years, he was in a private general law practice.

Jim served for ten years on the Farmington City Council and two years as Mayor. In addition, he served for many years on the Farmington Planning Commission and on the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Jim earned the degrees of Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
