Kenneth Minne

Ken brings over 40 years of experience in real estate, specializing in sales, leasing, and property valuation as a licensed real estate appraiser. His broad expertise spans industrial, retail, office, vacant land, and investment properties. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Michigan.

Throughout his career, Ken has successfully managed transactions of all sizes, including the sale of a 300,000-square-foot industrial park, 100 acres of development-ready land, and various office and retail properties-some with active businesses. He approaches every negotiation with a balanced perspective, considering both the buyer's and seller's viewpoints, while maintaining close attention to detail to prevent unforeseen issues and ensure a smooth closing process.

Ken has also represented multiple municipalities in Macomb County, bringing valuable insight into public-private real estate dealings.
