Alex is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in finance. He initially spent time working for a major automotive supplier focusing on cost optimization and helping to manage project costs and identifying budgeting errors. During that time Alex developed a unique cost-saving solution that is patent pending. Alex also has a construction service background and most recently worked at K & K Excavating in Highland Township as a project manager. Alex's experience in construction, finance and project management will assist him in bringing creative and informed real estate solutions to our clients and brings DRA a fresh perspective to its advisory services. Alex will be working on several important client accounts together with, Senior Vice President and industry veteran Andrew Boncore, as they concentrate on the suburban Detroit's "east side" industrial / high tech office, vacant land and related investment sales.

Andrew Boncore is a seasoned full-service real estate professional with 30 years of experience assisting clients with their real estate needs throughout southeast Michigan.

Andrew has maintained long standing relationships with many business owners, lenders, attorneys, accountants and commercial/residential builders and developers. His responsibilities include the sale and leaseof industrial, office and medical properties, tenant representation, investment portfolio sales and dispositions of large tracts of vacant industrial, commercial and residential land for development.

Andrew earned his bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from the University of Detroit and currently resides in Oakland Township with his wife and three children.

With over 30 years of transactional experience and success David Giltner specializes in representing industrial landlords, corporate tenant-occupiers and developers throughout southwestern Oakland and western Wayne counties. Over the course of his Commercial Real Estate career, Giltner has represented many notable clients, a few of them include Veritiv Corp., Bluewater Technology, Amson Nassar Development, Stuart Frankel Development Company, Redico and Kojaian Companies.

David currently serves as the President of the Michigan Chapter of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and is a graduate of Michigan State University

Eric D. Banks is a Principal, Partner and Group President of Dominion Real Estate Advisors and currently serves as the companies Executive Managing Broker. In addition to his transactional client services, Eric has oversight responsibilities for the company’s brokerage services team. As a member of Dominion’s Executive Management Team, Eric also has responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of the company. Dominion Real Estate Advisors is a consecutive recipient of the CoStar “Power Broker Award,” and recognized as one of the top commercial real estate firms in the United States. Eric is also individually recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker Award recipient for his transactional work. Eric has 25 years' experience in commercial real estate and has distinguishing himself as a leading industry professional; and was inducted to the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame, distinguished class of 2024. With specialized knowledge in investment, industrial & high-tech, office and retail properties, Eric has an established track record as a top producing deal maker with a proven ability to work through more complex real estate transactions that may involve difficult value assessment, creative financing structures, bankruptcies, short sales, lease vs. buy analysis, new lease structuring, environmental risk or executing and negotiating tax free exchanges. Eric has been engaged by some of the area’s largest property owners, developers, and corporations. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate professional, Eric practiced law for eight years with two of Detroit’s most prestigious law firms. Eric is often sought out as a consultant on real estate matters and has provided subject matter expert witness testimony in both state and federal court litigation matters and acted as a court appointed Receiver. A Michigan native and graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Eric resides with his wife and two children in Birmingham, Michigan.

Jim has been involved in real estate sales and leasing for over eight years. He was part of the real estate team at McNabnay & Associates, which merged, with Dominion Real Estate Advisors (formerly CORE Partners) in March 2016.

Before beginning his real estate career, he served for over twenty-six years as Vice President Administration and Legal Counsel for Lifetime Doors, Inc., a multi-state door manufacturer. In that capacity he handled all real estate responsibilities for seven properties (six manufacturing plants and a headquarters office in Farmington Hills) comprising over 600,000 square feet of space.

Prior to that, for seven years, he was in a private general law practice.

Jim served for ten years on the Farmington City Council and two years as Mayor. In addition, he served for many years on the Farmington Planning Commission and on the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Jim earned the degrees of Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
