James Vlahakis

Jim Vlahakis, Principal/Managing Partner at NAI Mid-Michigan, holds more than 30 years experience in commercial real estate. In addition to sales and leasing, Jim has extensive experience in commercial and industrial valuation and appraisal, debt & equity restructuring, development projects and property management. His investment property experience includes in-depth investment analysis and project feasibility reports.

Specializing in both retail and industrial services, Jim focuses on leasing and sales representing clients in the disposition and acquisition of all types of commercial property. Jim has a long track record in the lease-up and sale of both value-add and stabilized investment properties, and years of experience in property management driving operational stability and bottom line performance.

In 2013, NAI Mid-Michigan Vlahakis Commercial joined with TMN Commercial to form NAI Mid-Michigan/TMN Commercial. As Managing Partner, Jim provides strong leadership and direction to the overall organization for brokerage and property management.
