Prior to joining Signature Associates, Joe spent three years in real estate management, where he was able to foster close relationships with individuals in the Detroit area. It was during this time that he undertook the responsibility of overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of roughly 300 properties across downtown Detroit.

Gary is a founding member and Principal of Signature Associates. He brings over 38 years of experience representing tenants and owners in the leasing, sales, and build-to-suit processes, as well as the sale of land in the northern Detroit suburbs and I-75 corridor in Oakland County. Gary has received numerous awards, including World Class Club, Dealmaker of the Year, and Top Salesman of the Year.

Dan Stewart, CCIM serves as Managing Director for SVN |Stewart Commercial Group, LLC in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Stewart has more than 20 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience and specializes in representing both owners and buyers in the sale and acquisition of single tenant net leased retail, multifamily, multi-tenant retail, industrial and office property throughout Michigan.

Stewart previously was an owner and President of Michigan Commercial Realty, a full service commercial brokerage based in Ann Arbor, MI. He has an extensive network of owners, investors, brokers, and lenders which he relies upon in each transaction. Stewart has successful sale and leasing experience in all of the commercial property types and he has represented public and private entities, international corporations, and high net worth individuals.

Stewart earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2006. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Michigan and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR), Michigan Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR), Ann Arbor Board of Realtors, and the Michigan CCIM Chapter. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the SVN National Apartment and Single Tenant Investment Team.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Stewart enjoyed a long and successful career in the energy industry. He was one of the founding partners of NESI Energy Marketing, a non-regulated natural gas marketing and trading subsidiary of NiSource, Inc., a fortune 500 company. Stewart's firm grew to $1 billion in revenue and he and his partners sold their interest in the company to a large utility holding company in 1999.

Stewart is a graduate of Michigan State University's Broad College of Business with a BA in Marketing. He is married with two children and resides in Ann Arbor, MI.

Dan Stiebel is an accomplished Commercial Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Schmidt Realtors in Traverse City, Michigan, where he focuses on sales and leasing of industrial, office, retail, healthcare, and land properties throughout Northern Michigan. He earned his BA from the University of Michigan and has advanced training in commercial real estate law, market analysis, and investment analysis, further distinguished by his CCIM designation. Known for his expertise in negotiations, zoning issues, financial analysis, and complex transactions such as tax-deferred exchanges, Dan has built a strong reputation for guiding clients through every stage of a deal. His success has been recognized with numerous top-producer awards and industry honors, including being named the #1 Coldwell Banker Commercial agent in Michigan for 2024, underscoring his longstanding leadership in the commercial real estate field.

Jason specializes in hi-tech, office and medical brokerage along the I-275 and I-696 Corridor in Oakland and Wayne counties representing owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants. With 13 years of experience in commercial real estate along with previous industry experience in corporate finance and business planning, Jason seeks to advise clients on how to best meet their current needs with an eye on their long-term strategic objectives.
