The Sashabaw Corridor is heavily traveled going north from I-75 to the main entrance of the recently re-named Pine Knob Music Theater. This site with 7.21 acres (5.46 net acres due to wetlands) is ideal for commercial development. Monarch Grove, a 148-unit senior living facility, is located ¼ mile to the north. Many commercial / retail businesses to the west and south. The Village of Clarkston is half a mile to the south on Sashabaw Road.
