Carolyn Boji

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Carolyn has established a proven record of successfully guiding clients through complex transactions across a diverse range of asset classes. Her expertise includes retail, office, industrial, and warehouse properties, and her approach emphasizes strategic representation for both buyers and sellers. She excels at market analysis and managing the transaction process from the initial listing stage through closing.

Carolyn’s commitment to real estate began early in life, assisting family members with business deals—from helping her uncle purchase a liquor store at age twelve to supporting her father in selling his Birmingham, Michigan gas station during her college years.

Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her two children, ages thirteen and fourteen, and their two cats. They reside in Caledonia, Michigan, behind a farm where they volunteer when possible. They take pride in growing their own food, and Carolyn especially enjoys cooking. 

Prior to moving to West Michigan ten years ago, Carolyn worked as a hairdresser in West Bloomfield and Birmingham, MI for two decades, serving many high-profile clients. She looks forward to reconnecting with them, especially since Signature Associates maintains a strong presence on the east side of the state.
