David has more than eighteen years of experience in commercial markets, specializing in industrial, retail, investment and development real estate in Southwest Michigan. He has achieved the highest designation in commercial real estate for education and performance by becoming one of the few CCIMs in Southwest Michigan. David's experience and education has made him a valuable asset in representing clients in the disposition and acquistion of commercial properties. David's qualifying transactions in the market place have enabled him to become a specialist in pricing, negotating and closing commercial real estate transactions. In addition, David is extremely proficient in the analysis of investment property. His college and CCIM education have installed a secure knowledge of the time value of money, present and future values and cash on cash returns.

With over twenty years experience in the sales and leasing of commercial/industrial real estate, including site selection, property management and investments, Diane has established a solid track record of successfully representing her clients' needs. Her style and strong work ethic, combined with her uncompromising sense of customer service has paved the way toward an impressive list of satisfied clients.

Matt Callander, Vice President of Callander Commercial, has sold and managed Commercial Real Estate in Michigan since 2000. A Michigan State University graduate and finance major, Callander began his real estate career in the Detroit Metropolitan area.

In 2004, Matt relocated to his hometown of Kalamazoo. Since his return, he reorganized the company's property management division, and increased the scope of services which now serves more than twenty properties totaling over one million square feet.

Callander's primary focus shifted back to commercial real estate in 2008. The decision to re-devote his energy, time, and commitment to his specialty of investment and multi-family properties, has greatly enhanced Matt's ability to service his clients. In addition to brokerage activities throughout West Michigan, he has continued to supervise the firm's property management division.

Callander is also actively involved in the community. He has contributed to various groups such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, as well as Habitat For Humanity and the Kalamazoo Animal Rescue. His on-going involvement in the community demonstrates his commitment to the Greater Kalamazoo Area.

Experience

Maureen Daniel, Sales Associate, joined Callander Commercial in 2015 after being employed with one of the areas leading commercial developers for 10 years. Maureens responsibilities included but were not limited to, retail and industrial leasing for the portfolio in its entirety, cold calling, tenant identification, lease negotiations, marketing and advertising, and property management. Prior to commercial real estate development, Maureen was employed for eight years by one of the areas largest electrical contracting firms.

Raised in Illinois, Maureen moved to the Kalamazoo area to attend Western Michigan University, where she obtained a BBA in Marketing. She has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 37 years and has two sons.

Maureens market knowledge and development experience provides her with substantial expertise in the retail world, helping to put the right tenant with the right landlord.

Sandy has been in the real estate business since 1993 focusing specifically on commercial brokerage. She specializes in retail, office and industrial sales and leasing in Southwest Michigan representing both buyers and sellers. She has achieved the highest designation in commercial real estate for education and performance by becoming a Certificated Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 1999. She also earned a Top Ten Award for Education Achievement in 1998.
