Matt Callander, Vice President of Callander Commercial, has sold and managed Commercial Real Estate in Michigan since 2000. A Michigan State University graduate and finance major, Callander began his real estate career in the Detroit Metropolitan area.

In 2004, Matt relocated to his hometown of Kalamazoo. Since his return, he reorganized the company's property management division, and increased the scope of services which now serves more than twenty properties totaling over one million square feet.

Callander's primary focus shifted back to commercial real estate in 2008. The decision to re-devote his energy, time, and commitment to his specialty of investment and multi-family properties, has greatly enhanced Matt's ability to service his clients. In addition to brokerage activities throughout West Michigan, he has continued to supervise the firm's property management division.

Callander is also actively involved in the community. He has contributed to various groups such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, as well as Habitat For Humanity and the Kalamazoo Animal Rescue. His on-going involvement in the community demonstrates his commitment to the Greater Kalamazoo Area.
