Upon completing his law degree in 1973, Mr. Capitani joined his father's staff. In 1976, Mr. Capitani began to purchase stock in the company, with full acquisition of the same being completed by 1979. Mr. Capitani continues, year in and year out, to be one of the top producers in the industrial real estate community. He is a past president of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors(SIOR)and has served on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors. Furthermore, in 1994 Mr. Capitani was honored by Commercial Inc. and designated as the Mogul of the Year in the commercial real estate field and in 1996 was honored by Corporate Detroit as being one of the Detroit Realtors of Renown.
