Nicholas Vlahakis

Nick Vlahakis, Principal/Broker at NAI Mid-Michigan, holds more than 30 years experience in commercial real estate. Nick is responsible for initiating new client relationships as well as identifying needs and aligning the right talent to provide real estate solutions for existing investor and occupier clients.

Specializing in both retail and industrial services, Nick focuses on leasing and sales representing clients in the disposition and acquisition of shopping centers, restaurants, stand alone & in-line retail-service buildings, multi-use developments, vacant land, flex space, and warehouse & manufacturing facilities. Nick has a long track record in the lease-up and sale of both value-add and stabilized investment properties, and years of experience in property management driving operational stability and bottom line performance.

In 2013, NAI Mid-Michigan Vlahakis Commercial joined forces with TMN Commercial to form NAI Mid-Michigan/TMN Commercial. Nick provides strong leadership and direction to the overall organizational structure through solution-oriented client services and by putting the client's needs first.
