Raffi Derbabian

Raffi has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 1988 and has experience in all aspects of real estate brokerage activities. He has been engaged in managing sale/lease transactions along with providing real estate brokerage services to assorted institutional and private purchasers and sellers. In that regard, Raffi has specialized in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial buildings throughout Southeast Michigan.

Notable clients have included Royal Maccabees Life Insurance, Allied Signal, Eagle-Picher Automotive, Ford Motor Company, Hagopian Carpet and Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital.

Raffi's real estate career began with Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. When Insite Commercial Group, a Schostak affiliate was formed, he became a Vice President and continued to be one of the top producers within the company. He brought his expertise in commercial/industrial real estate sales to Colliers International in 2006.
