You'll also inherit efficient production systems, organized data-driven projection resources, a customer base with amazing loyalty, and employee training resources that are all ready to be handed over to a new owner.
The foundation is in place for new ownership to take over in a seamless transition. New owners can really pick and choose how much and how they want to be involved. Although there is not a manager role currently, the groundwork has been laid for a manager to take over many roles within if a new owner decides to go that route.
Currently staff is all trained and efficient, there is a chance some staff members would leave with a change in ownership but the resources are here to get new employees trained quick and effectively. None of the employees here currently, including ownership, had ANY previous bakery experience. The processes we have in place makes it easy for ANYONE to succeed.
