New retail development coming to the Romulus Trade Center. The new retail strip center will be located on Wick Road, within close proximity to Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW), which serves nearly 36.8 million passengers annually. The development is adjacent to a Sheetz, Tesla charging station, TownePlace Suites by Marriott (under construction), 1.7 million SF of Class A industrial space, and the DET_1 Amazon Fulfillment Center (885,000 SF). The site is also across from the future City of Romulus public safety campus, a major municipal investment that will include a new 63,153 SF police and fire headquarters, EMS facilities, and supporting infrastructure. The retail center benefits from convenient access to the I-94 interchange (0.6 miles), providing strong visibility and accessibility for daily consumers.
