Kevin Jappaya is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 19 years of experience in helping clients achieve their real estate goals. He is known for his exceptional work ethic and the high degree of professionalism in which he conducts his business. After spending years at a local real estate brokerage firm, Kevin's spirit and entrepreneurial vision led him to establish KJ Commercial. By establishing this firm, Kevin is able to provide clients with a full-service brokerage designed to be inventive, strategic and ever evolving. KJ Commercial was created to provide superior service in an ever-changing real estate market.

Kevin has solid long-standing relationships with many business leaders in the region, including lenders, court appointed receivers, developers, REITs and investors. He has completed numerous sale dispositions of office, retail and vacant land for lenders and court-appointed receivers. Kevin's vast knowledge of finance, banking, and strategic planning helps clients close complex transactions. His versatility is evident in the range of his projects - from listing and selling investment properties across southeast Michigan to representing both tenants and landlords in office and retail lease transactions. Kevin approaches each project with an assertive, results-driven mind that yields optimal real estate solutions.
