Terry owned and managed 1st Realty Better Homes and Gardens through the 80s and into the 90s and was their #1 Company for his market size in 1994; yet his Company was #3 in his own market. He knew he had to do something different. He affiliated with RE/MAX in 1995 and within three years became the #1 Company in his Board and has held that position every year since. Terry typically closes over 100 transactions annually himself!
