Kyle brings a wealth of sales knowledge, outstanding customer service and client/customer relations to the table and he is eager to further establish relationships in Washtenaw County.

Kyle studied Landscape Management at Owens State Community College and went on to a career in retail working in management at several garden centers and landscape companies in SE Michigan and NW Ohio. Kyle specialized in marketing, sales, customer relations and business development. In 2013, Kyle started his own landscape business, Proscape Landcare, where he would serve many commercial and residential property owners, property managers and real estate companies in SE Michigan and NW Ohio. Through his dealings with various property owners, agencies and property managers, Kyle developed an interest in commercial real estate (CRE). With his father and uncle already established brokers in the CRE sector, he had a strong foundation of wisdom and business relationships to learn from and apply to his own CRE journey.

With the knowledge to understand property owners' needs/priorities, foundations in SE Michigan and a vast experience in sales, Kyle is prepared to offer commercial real estate services to the Washtenaw County community and beyond.

Kyle enjoys spending time with his family: his beautiful wife and three daughters. Activities include attending the kids' sporting events, biking, walking outdoors with their goofball Bull Terrier, gardening/landscaping, swimming at the pool and fish keeping (pond koi and tropical aquarium fish). As an avid University of Michigan sports fan, Kyle enjoys tailgating, grilling on The Big Green Egg and going to lots of Michigan football games.
