As CEO of Swisher Commercial, I am confident in the commercial real estate marketing and advisory services that we bring to SE Michigan. I am a front-runner in the marketing of build-to-suit and build-to-lease commercial real estate projects. I provide consulting services to developers, and have represented some of the largest developers/landlords in the area. Bart received his Bachelor's degree from The University of Michigan in 1984 and immediately began his career in commercial real estate. He received his State of Michigan Brokers license in 1987 and joined Swisher Commercial in 1989. Bart is President & CEO of Swisher Commercial.
Bart and his wife, Tricia, live in Scio Township. They have four children and four grandchildren. Tricia teaches pilates/fitness classes and theatre arts. All of the Wise family enjoys athletics, the arts, and the outdoors.
