Randall S. Thomas

Randall Thomas has been involved in various aspects of commercial real estate sales and financing since 1987. He was Vice President and Director of Secondary Marketing at Sterling Bank and he has a wide range of activities in commercial real estate finance.

As,President and CEO of Insite Commercial, Randy's vision for Insite is utilizing the team concept in brokerage to enhance customer service, communications, and marketing for the Company's clients and customers. Randy was formerly Vice President of the Retail Division at Schostak Brothers & Company Inc. responsible for property assemblage, working with anchor tenants, sale and leaseback of commercial properties, and development of commercial vacant land.

Thomas attended Michigan State University, earning degrees in both biological science and criminal justice. He is on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Board of Realtors of Michigan, 2004 Past President, and 2011 President Elect. he is a member of the Michigan Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, Michigan Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Mortgage Bankers of America.

Insite has it's own Helicopter to provide it's clients an aerial view of assessing real estate.
