Gretchen WitherspoonCCIM, SIOR

In 2007 Gretchen ventured on her own starting a new commercial, industrial and development real estate firm called Trademark Commercial Group in Saginaw, MI serving the "Great Lakes Bay Region" which is primarily comprised of Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, Mt. Pleasant and surrounding communities. Her experience and knowledge of the commercial and industrial sets her apart. Prior to selling commercial and industrial real estate she worked in both residential and commercial construction. However, prior to construction, she held several professional positions. Being independent at an early age enabled Gretchen to gain plenty of diverse work experience and to build relationships along the way. She worked full-time during college earning a BA from SVSU. Since then, she found her passion in development, construction and real estate. Therefore she has continued to focus on continuing her education in the commercial real estate, construction and development industry. In 2010 Gretchen obtained her CCIM designation followed by the attainment of her SIOR designation in 2011 as an Industrial Specialist.
