We manage over $20MM worth of real estate in Ann Arbor, we’ve brokered over $100MM of office, retail, multifamily, and vacant land deals across Michigan, and manage up to $1MM in construction projects. NOMA is focused primarily on the sustainable redevelopment of the Lower North Main Corridor (LoNoMa) but we work across the state on complex urban, transit-oriented, placemaking projects.
