Luc Fluent is a Senior Associate at Pilot Property Group, where he specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial, retail, office, and investment properties across Southeastern Michigan.
Luc earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a Minor in Leadership from Michigan State University, where he began his real estate career. He obtained his real estate license at the age of 18 and has been with Pilot Property Group ever since, gaining hands-on experience while completing his studies.

In addition to his brokerage work, Luc plays a key role in the firm's Property Management
Division, working alongside Dan Rubino. As a Senior Associate in this division, Luc helps manage and grow client portfolios, improve asset performance, and drive increased
property valuations through proactive management strategies.
