2001-2010 Gary Lillie & Associates Listing & Sales Agent for Commercial, Industrial & Vacant Land Properties. Assembled tracts of land for development, sold numerous recreational properties and Started the Auction Division for this former Real Estate Company. This company evolved into the Sperry Van Ness/Lillie & Associates branch in Ann Arbor Michigan. With the passing of my first Real Estate Mentor Mr. Gary Lillie I transferred my License to Professional Real Estate Group. I was a Listing & Sales Agent for Commercial, Industrial & Vacant Land Properties with Professional Real Estate Group 2010-2013. For a 2 year period I spent majority of time handling the sale of my families business which had previously existed for 104 years. In 2015-2017 I was licensed with Swisher Commercial in Ann Arbor Michigan. In late 2017 I joined forces with my spouse Tina to form the Merkel Team at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in Chelsea Michigan. Our Team Effort allows us to utilize each others skills and handle most any project when representing Estates and Trusts. The majority of our efforts focus on Downsizing, Relocation and the Sale of Assets acquired over generations.
