I specialize in the leasing and selling of office, high tech and light industrial buildings throughout Washtenaw County. I have extensive experience as a tenant/buyer representative. I strive to give my clients the best service available in our market and to accomplish the goals of the assignment to the full satisfaction of my clients. As CEO of Swisher Commercial, I am confident in the commercial real estate marketing and advisory services that we bring to SE Michigan. I am a front-runner in the marketing of build-to-suit and build-to-lease commercial real estate projects. I provide consulting services to developers and have represented some of the largest developers and landlords in the area. And I am experienced in marketing commercial and residential investment properties. I'm ready to be part of your commercial real estate success story.Bart earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 1984 and began his career in commercial real estate. He obtained his Michigan Broker's license in 1987 and joined Swisher Commercial in 1989, where he now serves as President & CEO, Managing Broker, and Partner.Bart and his wife, Tricia, live in ScioTownship. They have four children and four grandchildren. Tricia teaches pilates/fitness classes and theatre arts. All of the Wise family enjoys athletics, the arts, and the outdoors.
